Orders
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery on orders of all regular items. Orders for ties should be
received in one week. Large custom orders require a deposit and can take up to one month to
complete.
Why do regular orders take so long to arrive?
Every UPC Fashion garment you order (excluding ties) is custom made for you by our on-site
seamstresses. Because we pride ourselves on providing the best merchandise possible, we do not
rush the manufacturing process.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to locations in Oklahoma at the state rate.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We also accept checks or money orders drawn on a U.S. bank for off-line orders. We also accept
PayPal.
How do I know you received my on-line order?
You will receive an email from us confirming your order and requesting any additional
information.

I saw one of your garments before but I can't seem to find it
on the site now - does that mean it's unavailable?
Almost anytime you see an item we have the item available on our site. Occasionally there are
items that were made with fabrics that are no longer available to us so we are unable to offer the
garments to you. As always you can e-mail us about it and we'll make one just for you.
Are your garments really made to order?
Absolutely. Every item you order is custom made for you by our fine staff of seamstresses.
Do you carry plus sizes?
All of our items can be made to fit your unique measurements, so just order and a staff member
